As of 31st January 2024, Tymit will be offering a Purchase Protection Scheme to support our customers with their disputed transactions.
This works as an additional line of defence to support you in the event that a dispute needs to be raised for a purchase that has been made using your Tymit card. Specifically where it may fall out side of the standard Visa Chargeback scheme policies and guidelines.
Our dedicated team of Disputes Specialists will always endeavour to support you with the best solution possible. This tends to begin with a Visa Chargeback.
You can get in touch to dispute a transaction by:
- Opening your Tymit App
- Tapping on the transaction you'd like to dispute.
- Tap on 'Something wrong? Get help'
- Tell us about your issue!

Where your dispute falls outside of Visa Chargeback scheme guidelines, our disputes specialists will explore whether Enhanced Protection is a suitable next step with you.
