Providing your account is settled by the 15th December 2024, we will begin closing your account from this date.
If you want to close your account sooner, we can absolutely help you. Please get in touch with our support teams or raise a ticket, or you can request your account closure under the settings tab in your app.
Providing you have kept up to date with your repayments, your account will be closed and updated as settled-good with the credit reference agencies.
