When will my credit report update?

We update all of our customer's credit reports on a monthly basis in line with industry standard. We report to three agencies as listed below. If you have a specific query around the information the agencies hold, you can contact them using the details below.

• Experian
• Transunion 
• Equifax     

Please note, it can take 4 - 6 weeks for the most recent information to be visible once updated.
