How do I plan a purchase or change my payment plan?

Tymit allows you to plan all your purchases, giving you the option to choose how much you want to pay and when.

Purchases that you do not want to or cannot pay in full at the end of the month, can be put into instalments and then paid off over the course of a few months. 

There's two ways to do this:

• You can click on the push notification you receive when you make a purchase (instantly!)
• Or you open the app, find the purchase you want to plan, then tap on it. Any unplanned purchases will show with 'Choose plan' next to them.

By tapping on the transaction you'll be sent to the 'Payment Plan' screen for that purchase. There you can see the full details of your plan.

By default, a purchase is put into a 1 instalment plan. This means that you'll have to pay the FULL amount of the purchase at the end of the billing cycle.

You can change this plan up until the 1st of the next month and replan it at any time after you have paid 1 or more instalments.

To choose a plan, or change it at any time, you need to move the slider to the number of instalments that you're happy with and then press the 'Confirm Plan' button.

You can change this plan as many times as you want, unless you choose to pay for your bills via Direct Debit. We will confirm the final amount of your Direct Debit on the 1st of the month, and you won't be able to replan any transactions until the Direct Debit payment has been confirmed.
