Where can I see my payments?

Once you've completed your bank transfer, to see your payment just follow the steps below.

1. Go to your app Home Page where you can see your recent transactions
2. Scroll down on your transactions and click on 'see previous month'
3. There you'll see your payment come through with the title 'Your payment - Thank you!'

If you can't see that, please contact our Customer Support team from your app!

Example:

Here the payment on 7th December 2021 is paying off the November bill.

This payment was made in December and you need to scroll down to load the November bill. There you will see your payment reflected.
