When tanking up at 'pay at pump' self-service stations, you will first be asked to provide your card. This will send us a funds check and we will reserve £100 from your Tymit card. This is to ensure you have a sufficient credit limit to cover the cost of your fuel.
We will receive the actual amount of fuel you purchased the next morning and this will then be updated on your Tymit card. Until that point, you will see the £100 figure on your account and you will not be able to use these funds. Once the correct value is cleared, in most cases the next day, the amount will be updated in your transactions list and any residual funds released.
Please note - we will never apply purchases that are still pending to your bill. They will only be applied once the transaction has cleared.
