Why is my card blocked?

If you have recently missed your payment and your account is overdue then we will temporarily suspend your Tymit card until your account is brought up to date. This is to help prevent you from falling further in debt if you are struggling financially.

If your account has been overdue for more than 60 days then your card will be permanently suspended. It is still important for you to reach us to make payments to prevent any further negative impact on your credit file.
