Where’s my refund?

Your Tymit account works on an instalment model where each month has a set number of transactions and payments.

We give you the flexibility to plan all of your transactions how you'd like to pay them. This means we give you the option to use your refund against either your total balance or against just the original transaction itself. 

If you want the refund to reduce only your total balance, you don't need to do anything when your refund is received.

If you would like the refund to pay for the original transaction in full and this transaction was previously put into an instalment plan, you will need to replan it to 1 month.

To replan a transaction, you need to select it in the app and then move the slider to the desired repayment term (in this case, 1 month as you'd like to pay in full).

In doing so, you let us know how you'd like to use the returned funds; either against the entire bill or against the single transaction.
