Can I reduce my credit limit?

Yes, you can do this by getting in touch with our Customer Support Team and letting them know how much you’d like it reduced to. Email us at [e-mail] letting us know what limit you would like to decrease to. We’ll then let you know once it has been completed.

We can only reduce your credit limit if the balance owed, is below the amount you would like your limit reduced to.
