You should receive your card within 5-7 working days of requesting a replacement, or after your account is successfully opened.
If you haven’t received it after that period, please get in touch with Customer Support via the app or by emailing support@tymit.com. Please provide your current address.
Remember, you can add your virtual card to Apple or Google Pay, so you don't have to wait for the physical card to arrive to start spending.
