Card blocks can happen in different situations. Most common are exceeding PIN try limits or missing payments.
If you've tried to enter your PIN a number of times recently and it hasn't worked, please wait 24 hours before attempting this again.
If you've not tried entering your PIN or you feel your card has been blocked in error, please contact our customer service team via the app and we will help you get your card working again.
Don't forget to check in your app if you have a payment due, as we will block your card if you are in arrears. This is to protect you as our customer from potentially falling into financial difficulties if you are struggling to keep up repayments.
