If you believe your card has been stolen or you think you've lost it, lock your card in the app as soon as you notice.
How do I lock my card?
- Open your Tymit app
- Select card tab (second from left)
- Select 'Lock card'
Now, you'll need to get in touch with our customer service team and we'll send you a new card. We will also ask you some further questions about your recent purchase history, to check for potentially fraudulent transactions. See here for further detail if you are worried about fraud.
When you message us, please confirm your current address so so we make sure your new card is sent to the right place.
