How do I pay my full balance, but keep my account open?

We understand that you may wish to clear your balance early, but want to keep your account open.

No problem at all!

What you'll need to do is head into the app, select any transaction you have in an instalment plan longer than a month, moving them back into 1 instalment as this will remove any future interest on your account. Simpler instructions are below:

1: Head into the app and click on each of your transactions.

2: Move the slider back to 1 month and then confirm.

3. This will then adjust your bill accordingly.

Once this has been completed for your planned transactions, you'll then see a final bill showing on the home screen which you can pay by an instant bank transfer (select the blue wallet), or if you have a direct debit set up, you can wait for that to be collected when the bill is due. Your account will then be paid off and up-to-date!
