If you have been using the account for less than 5 months, we will arrange a refund of your Booster fee payments automatically. These will be processed within 28 days of you receiving your closure notice. This is because it takes 5 months on average to see an improvement in your score. If you’ve had your Booster account open for less than this time, we will refund the fees you have paid automatically.
