How do I close my account?

If you're thinking of closing your account down with us, we've made it simple for you. Please follow the information below on how to do so:

1. Open the Profile tab in the app (the silhouette in the bottom-right corner)
2. Choose 'Settings'
3. Select 'Close my account'
4. Let us know the reason you're leaving
5. Send your request!

Our team will process your query and begin closing your account down.

Don't forget to plan any transactions into 1 month plans in order to remove any future interest and bills. This will also show you your final payment due (if any!).
