Does it give you the api.tymit.io error when you click on the 'Reset Passcode' button on the email?
When resetting your passcode, you'd need to:

Open the email using the device where the Tymit app is installed

When you press the 'Reset Passcode' button, you need to choose to open it via the Tymit app instead of the browser
